物件: GI钢铁废料(生产下脚料及不良成品)
数量: 合约标，至2024年底约600吨
地点: FSJ Mexico (San Jeronimo, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico)
交易条件: EXW
需求:
1. 交易对象需具备IMMEX或为非墨西哥法人，并具有墨西哥或注册地的合法回收资质；
2. 提供必要的人力及装废料所需料斗，并符合墨西哥回收法规需求；
3. 提供有CTPAT及OEA认证的运输公司；
4. 提供运输所需之设备，如帆布等；
5. 保税区，FSJ仅提供出口文件，其余报关及运输手续皆由买家负责；
6. 必要时，需提供公共地磅重量；
7. 参标前/后需签署合约，确保履行义务；
8. 需有保证金至指定账户，合约结束后归还；
9. 得标厂商需每月提供Argus.com上Houston bushelling价格及固定的百分比；

Requirements:
1. The trading partner must possess IMMEX certification or be a non-Mexican legal entity with legitimate recycling qualifications in Mexico or their registered location.
2. Provide necessary manpower and containers for waste materials, complying with the requirements of Mexican recycling regulations.
3. Provide logistic company with CTPAT and OEA certifications.
4. Provide necessary transportation equipment, such as net or cover of the hopper.
5. bonded area，FSJ only provides export documents; all other customs clearance and transportation procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Public scale weight must be provided when necessary.
7. Before/after bidding, a contract must be signed to ensure fulfillment of obligations.
8. A guaranteed deposit is required to be placed in a designated account, minimum of 100T, which will be refunded upon contract completion.
9. The winning bidder must update the Houston busheling price on Argus.com with the fixed percentage on a monthly basis.
